Blog #8: The Edo-Tokyo Museum

Kaori Yutani

Have you ever been to the Edo-Tokyo Museum? I have... but it is only one week ago that I went there for my first time!
This museum is composed of two areas: Regular Exhibition area and the Special Exhibition Area. In addition, Regular Exhibition area is composed of three zones: the Edo zone, the Tokyo zone, and the Second Special Exhibits Gallery.
The Edo Zone is the most area which I recommend for you to go. You can see people's everyday life in the Edo period from point if view of both commonalty and the upper classes.
Why don't you go to the Edo-Tokyo Museum to travel through time into the Edo period?
